When I bought My power units, they came with some charge, but You'll need to do a full charge which takes half a day, but well worth it, due to the Manufacturers recommendation. There will be a total of four solid blue squares once the unit is fully charged. Progressively; as each square is completely lit up, then the next blue square will flash/blink as it moves on to the next one, until You have four lit up with no flashing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think these units have charging issues. Try a different usb cable and (or) outlet. Sometimes mine would stay blinking with one square then I would change cables and it would charge properly again. Therefore I would switch between two cables to fully charge it. Mine only stop blinking with four squares never with one. If these tips don't work for you, take it back to Bestbuy. After all Insignia is their own brand.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If its at one square then there is no charge left on it. You have to remember to charge it as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should stay lit until all four, it sounds like it could be the device you are using to recharge it?
