Don't know about the solar charge, doubt it. It is not a reciprocal charge, I.e., you cannot charge it and charge electronics at same time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your solar panel has a USB-A to plug it into it will charge. It may take a while to charge depending on the output of your solar panel. It will not charge a device while it is being charged itself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if it is plugged in no it will not charge devices. it can only do one or the other. The solar panel question. First the solar panel would need to interface to a micro-usb output so that it can be plugged in to the battery that is the only way it charges and then the solar would need to supply the right amount of amps to actually charge the battery. Which I know it will charge on a 2.1 amp plug.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't know about the solar panels, but I do know that you can not charge a device (ie a phone) while recharging the battery pack.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No because in the manual it said not to do so.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this portable charger can accept a charge from solar panels but depending on the current it may charge slower. You can charge devices from the portable charger while it is charging but it will likely deplete the battery faster than it can charge.
