How can this tv upload spectrum tv? null

I couldn't get an answer from anyone at Best Buy. I talked to 3 different sales associates plus someone from the Geek Squad. They said I needed a password from Spectrum. The Spectrum associate said there was no such thing. I gave up and returned the Insignia firetv. What a joke.
