@InsigniaCustomerSupport First I think you misunderstood my question... I am talking to the TV itself... not other Alexa device. Having that info, does it change your recommendations? Your recommendations: why not just ask me to re-program the TV; Alexa... it's really a laundry list of everything... very unhelpful. but thanks.

Here are some steps to help you get it working smoothly: 1. Ensure Proper Setup: - Make sure your TV and Alexa device are properly linked. You can do this through the Alexa app by going to Settings > TV & Video > Link Your Alexa Device and following the prompts. 2. Enable FUBO Skill: - Ensure the FUBO TV skill is enabled in the Alexa app. Go to Skills & Games, search for FUBO TV, and enable it. 3. Use Specific Commands: - Sometimes, Alexa needs very specific commands. Instead of saying “play ESPN,” try saying “Alexa, play ESPN on FUBO TV.” This helps Alexa understand which app to use. 4. Check App Permissions: - Make sure the FUBO app has the necessary permissions to interact with Alexa. You can check this in the app settings on your TV. 5. Update Software: - Ensure both your TV and the FUBO app are updated to the latest versions. Sometimes, updates can fix compatibility issues. 6. Re-link Accounts: - If you’re still having trouble, try unlinking and then re-linking your FUBO account in the Alexa app. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, you might want to reach out to FUBO TV support or check the FUBO TV Help Center for more detailed guidance. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
