QuestionI bought 4 of these tv's to be used with a spitter . A different tv would show the same thing on all 4 tv's. Like the old tv's I just replaced the 4 tvs with these tv's using the antenna /cable. I cannot get these tv's to duplicate the main TV??

- Answer I believe it’s bc they are smart tvs, if you’d like the tvs to play the same thing they must be connected to the main tv. If that doesn’t help you I’d suggest you look up something on YouTube..good luck.

QuestionHello - I am trying to use the TV for the outside window of a shop to show our product being made on YouTube. I would like this TV to stay on all of Sunday, for example, how do I keep it from turning off ever? Seems to turn off its own sometimes. Thanks.

- Answer It seems to be that the TVs have a setting automatically programmed that makes them shut off..this can be very annoying. I think it’s a power saving mode type of thing. You could try setting the sleep timer to the longest setting. I hope it helps but I truly don’t think it will. I’d contact the manufacturer and try to get some answer. Good luck

QuestionDoes this TV have an Xfinity app? I am hoping to be able to use it without adding a Roku stick. I saw in another answer that Comcast/Xfinity can be accessed with one of their remotes, but I would rather have it as an app, so it would just work like a Roku

- Answer We have xfinity app a nice feature with firetv you can access limited xfinity channels out of your home as long as you have wifi. We bought 3 for ouf camper for this reason.

QuestionThe remote for our insignia 24 inch smart tv is also controlling another smart tv in close proximity. The other tv is also an insignia. Is there a way to change the frequency for pairing? Any other suggestions besides getting another brand of tv.

- Answer I don't know about changing frequencies; however, you might try increasing the distance between the two devices. Another thought, the photo sensors for the two devices may be in the same "photo/light" reception area (overlap). Changing the orientation of one device in relation to the other may work.
