• No and you can log into your roku acct and easily add the tv to your acct. all channels will come over. But you’ll have to activate them on the tv before viewing

• no there is never an activation fee for Roku. If you already have a Roku account on another TV you can use it on that one too.

• Nope, just log in with your present account information. I love mine, works great having just one remote for the tv and Roku, no extra devices to plug in except fro a DVD player if you want to attach one. My daughter wants one now, too!
