If there is a blue dotted light to the left of the error code on the display screen, press that button. That should turn off the error code. If that doesn't work, then you need to go to the circuit breakers, flip the switch that corresponds to the dishwasher (turn it off and then on), and then the code should be gone. It's a royal pain to keep doing this. Best Buy should find a "fix" for this and all of us who are dealing with a faulty display screen!
