• Should be able, as long as both ends are connected to their respective ports and the cable is left I damaged and isn’t exposed to water constantly

• Perhaps. If you can ensure no water or debris will enter the burial rated PVC pipe, I expect it will hold up. The pipe joints better be liquid rated, and leak checked before you fill in the trench. However, I would not run an internet cable in the same pipe as a hot power cable!
