“I just got this unit delivered and after setting everything up plugged it in and it won’t turn on. Even tried a different outlet. What’s wrong? HELP!”

• I had the same issue until I realized I needed to press the reset button on the plug before it will turn on the first time. Hope that's your issue.

• I dunno. Check for an Error Code in the display and ask the factory what it means. If no display, is the breaker in the plug tripped?
