Not likely without some extra work. The panel itself is about 6.25 inches wide, but if your window opens like a door instead of sliding open, you can’t likely make it exactly that width. But you could always duct tape some plastic or cardboard to fill in the rest of the gap and find some other way to get the exhaust hose to stay in the window.
