You might be able to make something work but it wouldn’t be very easy. The exhaust system has a panel that fits vertical or horizontal windows quite easily. For a crank out window you could use it (exhaust panel placed at an angle butting up against the window) but would have to find a way to insulate above and below where there would be gaps letting warm air in
