A:AnswerI believe you should be able to add a different hose. It simply was a turn and attach. I went on ahead and put something under it. It was heavy in picking up. But once I put a small stand under it, it was fine.

Turn off your air conditioner, disconnect the hose, check for blockage, then reconnect the hose.
