  • QuestionHi I just purchased this but i have a sliding glass door. I purchased a sliding glass door kit from Amazon and the connector hose doesn't quit fit around the base so I had to tape it. Is there a kit I could buy? Or any ideas what i can do? It's 100° out

  • QuestionBrand new AC has sewage like smell coming from it? Is it faulty or is there something I can do? I’d rather not lug it all the way back to Best Buy and re set it up.

  • QuestionUnit is draining several gallons of water every 3 hours with hose. If I allow it to fill internally (no hose), water spits out everywhere from top of the unit. It’s a disaster. Humidity is high, but filters are clean and never had to drain once last year.
