• It was installed upon delivery, but heads up: I don't think it was installed correctly, because I took it out to see the number to reorder, and after I put it back, the water came out twice as strong as before.

• Yes it does. Delivery men took time to tell us about the features and showed us where it was located and how to access it. A nice touch....bothe having the filtered the delivery people!
