Let me start off by saying you get a lot of bang for the buck. Very nice industrial look Plenty of storage Love the touch controls (thermostat and ice/water dispenser) The LED lighting is fantastic The main issue we had was the thickness of the doors. They are 4 inches thick. This was a problem because the right door would not open very far because it hit the wall. To solve the problem, we had to remove the baseboard and have someone come in and cut the granite counter top down. They cut off as much as they could which was 3/4 of an inch. The door still won’t open all the way, but that’s because of the doorway frame. Nothing we can do about that. Just keep that in mind if you are considering this fridge and you have a wall that is close.

*Love refrigerator and freezer. *Love the size of ice cubes. *The only dis-like inside refrigerator is the shelfs cannot be raised higher or lower. By it being this way, taller items do not fit.

First - great unit for the money. Bought on sale ans opted for the white glove delivery and removal. Worth it - they had to disassemble the doors from the unit and reassemble in the kitchen. That alone was worth delivery. Storage space and features are fantastic. All said however the fridge has started ti make a somewhat annoying noise - sounds like a loud fan or compressor noise. 11 months into the purchase we are about to fjnd out how good the warranty is - more to follow.

I bought this fridge for my In-laws almost 7 months ago after theirs broke down, I was surprised how big it really is. So far the only problem was trying to make more room in their kitchen to make it fit. Just bought a replacement filter for it and wanted to express my appreciation of how simple and easy it was to install and add the filter. Great purchase so far!

It's very good compared to the price. It meets all requirements of maintaining correct temperatures and also, the Ice maker of Cubes, Crushed Ice and the Filtered Water is very satisfactory.

I did quite a bit of research before I purchased my appliances for my kitchen. This refrigerator has the best interior space in the the fridge and freezer. The ice storage is huge and easy to get to, the water comes out cold, but kind of slow. Since it is just me, I dont mind, I will still keep my Pur water pitcher in the fridge for when I have company. It is easy to clean and maintain. Do yourself a favor and get this fridge!!

Great looks, excellent functionality…unbeatable price. I have many insignia items in my home and this refrigerator is better than the Frigidaire gallery model it replaced hands down.

Great value for size and price. Would buy again. Doesnt mark either. Many vistors have complimented on it.

Fridge isn’t to quiet. Seal isn’t working to well. Frame setting is offline in parts where the metal turns to plastic.

Buyer Beware!!! This fridge is less than 2 years old and just stopped keeping things cold. It powers on but both the fridge and freezer are warm. Product came with a 1 year warranty and neither best buy or insignia have done anything to right this wrong. I guess im just stuck with a fridge that is only 2 years old that doesn't work. Best buy didn't even service my area when i called to see if a technician could come out. I had to pay a third party for a diagnosis. Insignia didn't even bother to offer a trade in voucher or anything. Not that I would ever buy insignia again!!! Diagnosis was the inverter boards needed to be replaced.

The "Brand New" product came damaged and looks like they tried to cover the damage up. The delivery team also damaged it even more when bringing it into the house. Best Buy has yet to give me any sort of partial refund and their customer service has been terrible.

Lets start with the good. Over all its an amazing fridge. Spacious, bright, easy to program, easy to clean. I have kept from day 1 a fridge and freezer thermometer to compare with what the fridge built in temperature readings. It has been solid on par with consistent temperatures. I love that it does not have door handles sticking out. The stainless steel doors are easy to keep clean, not quick to pick up finger prints. It is an excellent and efficient, and also quiet fridge. The reason I gave it a 3: Unfortunately the ice maker dispensing system sucks. It makes tones of ice quickly (this is very good) but when you want to have it dispensed into your cup its a no go. It will not work. I hear the motor run when I push the lever but nothing happens. The ice auger is plastic! It does not move at all. Even less when the ice freezes over that thing wouldn't be able to move anyway. This is the flaw that hurts this Fridge. It never worked for me. Sure I can call the manufacture and have it serviced, but right now I just don't want more people coming into my home with this corona business. I just open up the ice bin, take it out get the ice I need and place it back in old school style. If having the ice dispensed is important to you, this is not the fridge for you. If you don't mind that, everything else about this fridge is awesome.

The refrigerator is very roomy with many shelves in doors. Only draw back is the shevles are not adjustable. Seems to be working very well. We had a problem with installation. The doors were removed to get in place and the tech did not get the tubing for the water in door back into place completely. Water ran into the floor when dispensing. After 3 unsuccessful calls to get service and 5 day, watched a utube video to fix ourselves. Followed up with a store visit and still manager to help. We were told to email the manager with our complaint and have never heard back. Decided the extended warranty was probably a waste of money with service like that and canceled it.

This fridge is surprisingly wonderful and at a great price point. Insignia is BestBuy's house brand. Positives: Digital temp controls, roomy, quiet, and available in white Cons: None really. Even the the ice maker is quieter than most. We have a great room and a noisy compressor was to be avoided and this fridge delivers. Far better on noise than I expected. The no-handle design is different and provides clean lines and easy exterior cleaning. After two weeks, no negatives.

I've only had it for about a month now, but i really like it. Some say the ice maker is loud and I can see their point, but it doesn't bother me. It makes enough ice for my needs, I've mever come close to running out.. You can see finger prints a bit but they clean off easily and aren't a problem if you dont touch it all over the place. Has a clean modern minimalist look and I like the super cool/super freeze functions. Temperature is spot onto what the refrigerator displays based on analog thermometers inside the fridge and freezer.

Okay, I've had this fridge for only a day and so far the ice maker hasn't been working, and the freezer light has already gone out. This is not an encouraging sign. The fridge does have a nice design and it's quiet. It has a lot of space to store food but I am a little nervous that this fridge won't last the test of time.
