“Our wine cooler froze. There is ice all down the back of the cooler on the inside I unpluged it and the ice is melting but the water isn't coming out anywhere? What do i do?”

Hello, thank you for the question. If the ice inside the wine cooler has melted but no water is draining out, the internal drain line may still be blocked with ice or debris, which can prevent the water from flowing to the drain pan. Allow the unit to stay unplugged until everything fully thaws, and gently check the drain hole at the back of the interior to make sure it is not clogged.
