It sound have a 1 year warranty on it.. I’d definitely be calling Best Buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased in August. Less than 3 weeks later the air bags stopped working with no reset, no error codes, no troubleshooting unless there’s a code. Return window is 14 days for this chair. You can return it to the store for warranty claim only in the original huge box. Which is insane to keep that huge box. So mine is just sitting there, a 2k$ piece of garbage
