• I would say no. Aux cables won't charge a device, just send the audio signal.

• This is a wire with ends that are round. Like for speakers. I doubt it will charge.

• I seriously doubt it. It's an audio cable and not designed for power. Typical use is to plug a device into an AUX jack.
