Hello Trent, Possible causes your AC doesn’t cool well is the temperature setting is too high. Set the temperature to a lower setting; the air filter is blocked with dust or animal hair. Turn off your air conditioner, then clean the filter; the windows or doors in the room are open. Close the windows or doors; there are heat sources in the room. Remove the heat sources; the room area is too large. The recommended room areas are: NS-AC06PWH1: 150-250 sq. ft., NS-AC07PWH1: 250-300 sq. ft. , NS-AC08PWH1: 300-350 sq. ft.; the exhaust hose isn't connected or is blocked.
