“Why doesn’t my control work, I click on any button and it’s on/it lights up but I keep getting a “WiFi sign and i “ pop up. The control does nothing to the ac.”

Sadly when this happens to me I have to turn it off and on with the remote to get them to connect again, that's the only solution i've found.
