The slider panels that come with this unit, allow you to adjust the size fit of your window, and it also comes with two simple plastic screws that are tough. To hold it from sliding off.. note that it is a bit noisy at times when the AC is running.. but then drops the sound once it reaches the cooling period of choice.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Window piece is adjustable. It can be installed vertically in sliding windows or horizontal for windows that raise up and down. It is genius! It totally blocks all the space around the tube that goes out the window. They give you lots of insulation tape to fill in extra gaps. We did not use all of the pieces they included to fill the space, but I think you could block a six foot opening without needing to fill in any space wth cardboard or anything. It’s first class!
