Can it be exhausted through an existing vent? null

We used the same ones as for a dryer and ran them thru the wall like a clothes dryer.... Got the ones with the vermin cage on the outside and the vent flapper so hopefully nothing gets in during the winter when these are in the closet.... Also got the foam cover/plug thing for the dryer vent so when these are not attached it looks nice on the inside and keeps everything out.
