“If the cord is only 6 inches, I need to know, is it attached at the top or the bottom of the unit? The outlet in my room is not near the floor. (like most are)”

The power cord is 6 ft. and located at the bottom of the unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it's more towards the bottom of the unit, I use an extension cord so it wont stress the electric cord it came with. it works perfectly fine with and extension cord.
