A:AnswerIt sounds like possibly the circuit breaker is tripping at the plug. Make sure you
have it connected to a good outlet that is not shared with any other devices.
It could also be caused by brownouts where the power drops lower enough to
trip the breaker on the unit as these pull alot of wattage from the outlet.

A:AnswerI don’t think BestBuy sells extension hoses separately but you can check your local hardware store or you can purchase kits on Amazon:
Air Conditioner Hose. Portable Exhaust Vent with 5.9" Diameter, Anti-Clockwise Thread & Length up to 80". Great for LG, Delonghi and Many More Portable Air Conditioners.
A:AnswerHi Matt! Thank you for your inquiry. We understand how inconvenient it is when your remote won't connect to the air conditioner, impacting your overall experience with the product. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Based on our resources, the issue may be due to the remote-control sensor being blocked or covered, or the batteries needing replacement. Unfortunately, we don't have any specific steps to reset or re-pair a remote to the Air conditioner.
