QuestionWhile in dry mode (dehumidify), can you vent out the warm air and still have it decrease the humidity? The manual makes it seem like you remove the exhaust hose which immediately warms the room.

- Answer When you run dehumidifier you need to attach the small drain hose in the back and have the water drain out of the small hose

- Answer I don’t think BestBuy sells extension hoses separately but you can check your local hardware store or you can purchase kits on Amazon: Air Conditioner Hose. Portable Exhaust Vent with 5.9" Diameter, Anti-Clockwise Thread & Length up to 80". Great for LG, Delonghi and Many More Portable Air Conditioners.

- Answer The length of flexible exhaust hose is between 13.0-59.1inch. We don't recommend using an extension with this unit.

QuestionI tried to use the dehumidifier but i don't understand how to use, the instructions says to remove the exhaust hose and says to connect a 3/4 inch hose(not included)the air outlet is very hot so can I leave the exhaust hose? is it safe? pictures helpful

- Answer For best performance remove the exhaust hose while using the Dry mode.
