“Can the tv be turned on manually and does it have a sleep timer?”

• You can only turn the tv on and off with the included remote. There's no power button on the tv itself. A sleep timer is available under the settings menu.

• Yes, you can manually press the Power button. Long press the Home Button and select Sleep Timer, then you can choose between 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 and 240 minutes.
