Assuming that you are using HDMI port connection. Double check output settings for video on your PC/laptop if you haven’t already.

I bought the same tv and I am using it as tv/monitor. I have no issues with the tv/mointor. Try a different hdmi input, there three available.

Try to select the PC Picture Mode from the Picture Settings.
