Cannot find "aspect ratio" on the NS-32DF310NA19. Live TV (antenna) is full screen but when I go to an app, i.e. Hulu, etc. There are black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. Is there a way to change picture size on this model? null

I don't think this tv has the aspect ratio, is just a wide screen tv. You will not get a full screen.

Unfortunately, Picture Size and Aspect Ratio settings are not available while using apps.
