I just love Insignia Fire TV’s. I bought 3 so why not 1 more? This 4th Insignia tv was for my daughter and she loves it. I can set parental controls and feel comfort in knowing I can control the content of what she is able to watch for her age. I haven’t had any issues and the tv setup is so easy. I love how I can link it to my Amazon account. This tv has a great picture and is so lightweight! I only had to call customer service to help me reset one of my remotes and I was very impressed with the helpful customer service I received. I also love my BestBuy location here in Metairie, LA. I always shop at the Veterans location....never go anywhere else. Thank you to the manager and team members at this location!!!

32 inch Insignia is a good quality tv. Ultra light to lift from box to my entertainment shelf. Installed the short “boomerang” looking legs. Is sturdy on the legs. I don’t need my old Firestick because it is all load into tv and is the main screen. I like the remote because it has a couple of dedicated buttons like Netflix. My favorite option is if I fall asleep watching tv after time frame (haven’t I figured out how long yet) the TV turns off. I got this tv on Black Friday for $119.

Great picture with nice color! Excellent price point! Pleasantly surprised at the nice quality of this TV. We wanted something inexpensive to put on a stand so we could roll out on the patio when we were sitting outside. We are quite impressed by the quality of this TV. Highly recommend this product to others.

So far excellent quality and I love all the features of smart tv since I don’t subscribe to cable and only use my firestick or Netflix . I’ve used this tv in my bathroom every day for over a month with no issues while getting ready for work, really couldn’t have gotten a better tv for the price.

I chose to buy the Insignia 32in fire tv for my bedroom. I really like the overall tv. Quick and easy to pur together. Had it running in under 30 minutes. If you're thinking about dipping you're toe in the smart tv world and have a Amazon give this tv a try. (Sorry for the blurry picture but I hadn't cleaned my cellphone camera at the time)

I bought this TV for my daughter and she loved it. 32 inches but seemed bigger to us. Set up was user friendly and I loved the parental control feature for my added peace of mind. I’m glad I made this purchase cause now I can get her off her phone a little bit more, plus she hasn’t remembered the phone since the tv’s been set up. I added the two years geek squad protection cause of some of the negative reviews but either way now I’m covered.

This Tv is a great fit for anyone who wants something easy to set up and use to watch Netflix, Youtube, or other channels that are available. it’s very easy to set up, and you have the option of setting up an HDMI cord for other uses. My only complaint is that it’s just a tad slow compared to other tvs i’ve owned in the past, but only by a couple seconds. I would definitely buy again.

I am 95% happy so far with this tv aside from one mysterious annoying quirk. Out of all my vintage video game consoles my 2 original nes systems have a minor graphical anomaly only visible on this tv. See pics below, basically there appears a vertical line/band only visible on black screens in game via the composite connection and a white dashed-vertical line visible using the rf switch. I have tried multiple cables and no change. Tech support explained to bring it into store for repair but I am hesitant to go through all the trouble for a minor issue. Does anyone else experience this problem when using a older video game system? On other tvs the issue is not present!

It’s a sturdy TV. I mounted it low on the wall so my cats could play Cat TV when I’m working. The picture is good and the remote is easy to use. I have other smart TVs so it was easy for me to set up. I like that it’s a fire tv and has ability for other apps. It’s cat approved too.

Great value overall. TVs have gotten so inexpensive that they are almost giving them away. Turns out there is a reason for that. More on that later. First the caveats, Number one this is only a 720P. I didn't think to even check as I didn't know they still made TVs with that low a resolution so I'm a bit disappointed with that. Second, the app selection is good and almost unlimited ability to download is really good. But it has limited memory (about 4 GB) to store apps. I installed a 128 GB USB drive but I'm not convinced it's going to let me store apps on the drive. Third, for some unknown reason when watching an app it inexplicably returns to the home screen in the middle of a program. It's more of an annoyance, but it is annoying. Last caveat, sometimes the apps become unresponsive or totally lock up. More than once I've had to unplug it and plug it back in. So all that being said for what I paid it's a nice Smart TV with a lot of features. Oh and why are they so cheap? because in the fine print they are collecting all your private information and viewing habits and selling it. It has the unadvertised ability to pause live over the air TV. I'm sure they sell that information as well, so be careful what you pause on. Finally, it has a really nice guide for free live over the air TV which I view using an antenna that is about 60 years old. Most people don't even know that such a think still exists but the best picture quality is the live over the air signal. It even integrates the Live TV and the Apps which makes it convenient to find the programs you like. For a kitchen TV it is a great value.

I was looking for a TV to mount on the wall above my treadmill so price was my primary focus. I bought this TV not expecting much but it has turned out to excellent. Clear picture. Simple connection to wifi. Lots of options for apps. I would buy it again.

I bought this to have it in my office! and it’s absolutely wonderful! the quality is amazing and the volume is great! you just plug it in and follow the steps, and it quickly updated. connected the tv to my amazon account and was able to download all the streaming apps (apple tv+, hbo max, viki, netflix, hulu) instantly!

Like the title says great smart tv for the price. I purchased the 24 inch version a few months ago for my kitchen and was so impressed i purchased this one which is a 32 inch. I ended up mounting this one to the wall above my 55 inch samsung. Yeah i know its weird but i think its cool. Lots of cool apps on this tv. You wont regret it.

I’m laid up in bed from surgery right now in my sons room and this TV is my saving grace. I can watch all my favorite apps in one place including my DVR’d Xfinity shows. Sound and brightness are perfect and I can change the settings if need be. The best part is the price matched Amazon’s sale price. It made my day! I may be in pain but at least it’s keeping me company :/

I bought this to update and downsize the tv in my game room/bedroom. It’s the perfect size. The color and picture quality is better than my old 42” Insignia. I love that the firetv is built in. My only complaint is that to get to the settings menus, you have to back out of what you are doing or watching. I set sleep timers at night and a simple menu doesn’t pop up to turn it on, I have to close Netflix and then go up to the settings menu. But trust me, this isn’t a deal breaker. It has just enough hdmi inputs for me. I definitely would recommend this tv.

This was a great addition to a room that’s never had a tv in it… I was definitely hesitant to buy off of different platforms because of low ratings and quality until I reached Best Buy. Not only did it come with a free $80 gift and other little gifts but it arrived the next day and I received a call when it arrived. Great customer service via email and in person. I will be buying from Best Buy again. The TV works great as well and has many different apps.

Perfect tv for a bedroom. Picture is very nice. Amazing price. Since this review I have had the tv for over two months. Added a view from bed which is about 8 feet away in the dark. Picture still as clear in light. Added bonus is having firestick already on tv. Remote is not complicated since it is just like the firestick remote.

I bought this on sale and for what I paid, it is an exceptional TV. The sound is great out of the box. I did not fully understand what was meant by Fire TV. You need to use your Amazon account with it. I was already prime so I am not sure how it would work if you are not a Amazon prime member. Once I registered my Amazon account on there, I was able to download the other streaming services I use and hook up an antena for local channels. It has a great picture and excellent sound. For the price it is an exceptional TV for my bedroom that needs no extra devices to stream video services. Just what I wanted. Only reason I put good on quality is I do not know how long it will last.

I am so happy to have purchased this 32” Smart Fire TV for one of my guest bedrooms. The picture is clear. You don’t have to have cable! The sound is amazing and keep it low, because the sound is clear. You won’t need a sound bar at all, unless you get one for DVDs. The connection and set to my WiFi was effortless.. This TV is perfect and I am glad I ignore the reviews and took advantage of getting a great TV for an amazing price. I’m a happy camper!!!! ☺️☺️☺️
