“I purchased this TV today and whenever I try to sign in to an app with my tv provider, it freezes up. This only happens with apps that you login on the tv internet browser, the apps that give a code to enter on a website in a different browser work fine.”

• If you are planning to use a web browser for streaming, you could try to connect a computer to the TV using an HDMI cable. David M. - Insignia Support
