“I purchased the Insignia 32" HDTV fire TV, along with a pair of wireless headphones, and haven't been able to connect them. I read in the reviews I should be able to. The option shows up, along with the headphones but it will not pair. Anyone know why?”

For best audio quality connect your headphones to the 3.5 mm headphone jack.
