“I’ve noticed that when watching Netflix, prime or any of my apps on my insignia 32’ tv, there is a lag. How can this be fixed? It’s driving me crazy. The tv is faster than they speak. Help.”

• Try to do a Factory Reset go Home > Settings > Device & Software > Reset to Factory Defaults.

• If you are still in the 15 day period, take That TV back, get the same model for $20 less and use that towards the purchase of a “Stick” or Roku... Amazons platform is flawed in those TV’s
