While watching Live TV from an antenna long press the Home button, then select Display settings to adjust the Picture Size and Aspect Ratio.

Check the Display Resolution in Settings, it may not be set to (100%). Advance Display Settings will show you the Resolution currently set. Typically, 1920 x 1080 is recommended. If you change these settings other text and or ICONS may appear larger or, smaller. You can play around with what works best for you, NOTE: it may be possible, what you're watching is not in a 16:1 format which is what most movies and shows are formeted to.
