“This is the 2nd TV (returned 1st) I have had with the same issue, I’m watching TV & it will just turns off. The sleep timer is not set. It’s not losing Internet connection. It’s almost as if the TV is freezing & resetting itself by turning off. Solution?”

• The product might be defective. If you still have the warranty with geek squad take it in and let them check it out.
