Hi InsigniaCustomerSupport, thank you for your response, but you didn't answer the question that I had asked. I want to know what download speeds I should be getting with a wired connection and I was asking others what their experience has been. I'm only getting a maximum of 35Mbps d/l, which is quite disappointing since my ISP provides me over 10 times that speed. Even with a wired connection, I experience a lot of buffering and apps launch soooo much slower than they do on my Roku TV. So InsigniaCustomerSupport, please tell me what is the maximum speed supported by the ethernet port. Perhaps my TV is defective and needs to be returned. Thank you.

For example Netflix recommends at least 5 Mbps to stream HD content.
