I hooked a HDTV Antenna up to this TV and ran the channel scan numerous times. The scan finds 30+ channels every time. However, the channels cannot be viewed after the scan is complete? It's like the TV isn't saving the scanned channels it finds? Help null

I had the same issue, so I called insignia. After running through the set up with them, they said the tv was faulty and to return and exchange for another. I did so and the new one works fine.
