• Yes you still have to purchase Netflix and Hulu they are pretty minimal though. There are a few apps that are free on there that you can watch shows and movies. I already had Hulu Netflix and Amazon prime so I did t have to do anything just log into my accounts on the tv.

• Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu and other apps require a monthly subscription fee to watch their Movies and TV Shows. Other apps like Pluto TV and Tubi TV offer free Movies and TV Shows.
