“Why does my Insignia FireStick enabled Tv sometimes allow me to rewind a live tv show for up to 35-45 minutes at times and then for only 5 minutes at other times? I don’t understand why the amount of available memory would change. Thanks!”

You can buy the Fire TV Recast, it's a DVR that lets you watch and record over-the-air TV at home with Fire TV.
