After you connect an antenna (not included), go to Home > Settings > Live TV and run a Channel Scan.

You need a power antenna. Go to walmart or best buy and get on that plugs into an electrical outlet. Have it put near a window or wall facing west(chicago area) hook it to your tv, then run a scan on your tv settings. After that you should have over 30 channels saved to your tv and can use your antenna for watching tv or use the many apps that you have to pay for. You got options with a smart tv.
