QuestionHow do I get basic tv on my insignia smart tv? I plugged in the cable but get no channels when they scan. Do I have to choose the thousands of channels option to get anything at all?

- Answer No. Check to see if middle wire of antenna is inside the hole. If it is, raise antenna as high as you can

QuestionI've seen answers saying that you can download Xfinity Stream....the help line for firestick tv says it's not compatible...So...those of you who say you can download it, how did you do it?

- Answer Hey Scanner - I have not been able to download Xfinity Stream app on any of my Amazon Fire TV devices (sticks, pendants, cube, or TV). I believe the only device we're able to download to is Roku. I can confirm the Xfinity Stream app works perfectly on my Roku +4K stick. I'm sure there's blog posts re: adding Xfinity to Amazon, but you'll likely need to jailbreak your Amazon Fire TV (which will void any warranty, right?).
