I am not sure because the one that I have is still doing great and I have had it for several years.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought an Insignia 32" 720 back in 10-2013 and it just went out 11-2018. Screen went pitch black, but sound was good. Too inexpensive a set to bother to fix. I see the new one costs less than what I paid.

Please try again later.I bought it a month ago, had to go to the next town as my local Best Buy argued against giving me the online price, their refusal was against corporate policy. Bought it as I knew they could fix it and keep it functional as long as I kept Geek Squad extended service in effect. Thought I wouldn't be happy without 1080p or 4k but the picture is beyond excellent. Have been delighted with it from the first day. Geek Squad extended service was cheap but excellent!
