• You need to select the input to be TV. You need a cable or tv antenna.

• There is a coaxial antennae port for connecting an external antennae, works great for receiving local HD channels. Also, there are 2 HDMI inputs for your DVD, BluRay players or streaming device (Roku, FireTV, Chromecast, etc.).
