“I just opened my tv, and on the back it has a “Best Buy Recycle” sticker on it. I tried calling customer service but didn’t anyone. I want to make sure they did not send me a refurbished tv.”

They are just letting you know that if you ever get rid of the TV they will recycle it for you. The outside of the box would say refurbished if it isn't new.
