“I got half of the answer I needed so I am asking again. Will an older model DVD connect to this TV using AV connections? The answer I got last time was that it will connect to the television. I want to use AV, not antenna connection.”

I'm answering this because Best Buy emailed me saying I owned this product. If this is indeed the model I purchased a couple of weeks ago, this TV has 2 HDMI connectors, A USB port, an antenna/cable connector, as well as the AV connectors I think you're talking about - the cable with 3 RCA-style connectors colored white, red, and yellow. I hope this helps!

But why watch an old movie in 480i when cheap, modern Blu-Ray players can upscale it and make it look better. I still have my VHS cassette movies, but I watch them in 1080p with Dolby Audio, thanks to my Panasonic. Good luck.
