Yes. The tuner is digital and will be able to pull channels with the use of an antenna. Go to channel set up and select the antenna/over the air as your signal source and then scan for channels.

Yes, it can be used with an antenna. I have a small square shaped antenna and I get all my local channels with. The antenna connects directly through the cable (coax) connector without a converter box.
