“I have mad a purchase today at Downey Ca 90242. It's 32 inch Insignia TV. I thought as it says on box 1080p 60Hz but when I turn it on it's 480p 60Hz.”

• It is displaying the input resolution (the source you are inputting). Some digital channels broadcast at 480p, some at 720p, and some at 1080p. If you hookup a bluray player it will say 1080p.

• Try to hook up a different device that supports 1080p 60Hz with an HDMI cable.

• The TV will display 1080p. You must have tuned to a channel broadcasting in 480p. Try changing the channel.
