Great bang for your buck. Decent picture and sound. This unit has two speakers, product discription was wrong, it said one speaker; it has 2 speakers and balance control too. I use it with ROKU, works fine.
The standard 100 mm wall mount holes and it's under 10 lb light weight design made it easy to simply switch mounting plate from my old 24 inch to this 32 inch and hang on same wall mount bracket, a twenty minute job real easy switch.
Remote has lots of convenient buttons including picture mode options such as vivid and game, as well as convenient aspect and audio options.
As it is 1080p could be a good large computer monitor, TV for bedroom or office. I have it mounted in my kitchen.
I was considering saving $40 bucks and going with the $69 twenty four inch 720p model, but Im glad I didn't. You get so much more for the $40, size, sound, resilution. I am very happy with this TV and would recomend it as a great second TV, or frankly even as a primary TV if 32 inch is not too small for your liking.
I have not tried the stand.
I've only owned the TV for one day; so far very satisfied but can't comment on quality for a few years.
Note photo new TV on top, old peice of junk bottom, you can see size contrast between 24 inch and 32 inch. Moreover picture and sound are noticeably better than the Phillips which I'm replacing in my opinion. My Phillips died after less than 2 years, hence the upgrade.

So easy to use right away! No drama! I bought the Insignia flat antenna and plugged in my Roku. It looks amazing. The price was so affordable, I now wonder why it took me so long to upgrade my old TV. Fyi, I did also try plugging my Macbook into it using the HDMI cable and it worked. Thank you!

I bought this TV to replace a 720p HD TV and the price and quality are amazing. I don’t need a smart TV because I already have an Apple TV and this TV was perfect. The image and sound are very good the only thing I think I'll purchase next is a better stand because the one it comes with isn't tall enough for my needs.

Very Good for the Sale Price - Audio Settings?

In summary, I am satisfied with the quality and features of this basic TV, especially at the sale price just over $100. It met the needs of a simple non-smart TV with basic easy to use functions that can get complex with a smart TV. When I bought this in December 2020 (build Oct 2020) there were no reviews.
I was looking for a 32" TV with a headphone jack and didn't want to spend a lot of money for my need, but still wanted a quality picture with 1080P. I also noted this TV is direct lit for the price as compared to edge lit for many TVs at this price point.
I find the picture to be very good. It is clear and the color appears to be good. Even off angle is easily viewed. The sound is what you would expect - OK. It will definitely benefit from external speakers if you want to watch movies or TV with dramatic soundtracks. (I have good speakers that attach via the headphone jack which is why I was looking for that feature). It seems to have a good tuner - just hooking up some old rabbit ear antenna got a lot of over-the-air channels as compared to an older 24" Insignia in the adjacent room. I primarily use it with at HDMI connection from DirecTV. The other thing is that as far as I can tell the Audio button on the remote does nothing and while you can see the treble/mid/bass bars the audio menu you cannot adjust them. Or change the audio mode. It is possible that the audio controls only work with a soundbar. But it displays the DTS logo every tine you turn on the TV. It directs you to their website to get a manual. I cannot find this TV on their website.
What is kind of clunky is the operation and menus. It works and is in line with the price, but if you see the sophisticated menus on high end TVs don't expect to find them here. The one that is somewhat irritating is if you are using the over-the-air signals the only way to get a listing is to use the favorites button which puts up a big window that covers the screen so you can't see the picture, but the sound continues, while looking at what might be on other channels.
It also only has a single RCA video in for picture and not the component input on other TVs which means you can't get a progressive signal from an older DVD player. And since the TV doesn't have a separate Audio out from the headphone jack almost all new BluRay players don't have a separate audio out you will need an adapter if you want to have the sound directed to an audio system. But if you are using just HDMI connections and have a soundbar hooked up via the HDMI/ARC or Digital Audio Out this won't be an issue. But when you use the headphone jack it does offer lots of options whether you want the output controlled by the volume button or not and whether you want the TV speakers to be used at the same time or not.
The packaging is very secure and the setup is pretty easy.

Hard to Find Simple TV!

My mother loves it! I had purchased her another TV with smart features and she hated it, had to return. Had to shop around in order to find a television without smart features.
Pros:
It is just a TV, no wifi, no apps to deal with, just plug and play.
Great picture for the money (paid $110), the 1080p version is $10 more than the 720p version but well worth the extra $10.
Two HDMI inputs should you want to connect whatever smart device ( firestick, roku, appleTV, chromecast) or a blueray player but you are not tied into a specific system and do not run the risk of the TV becoming useless because a developer stops supporting it.
Hooked up TV antenna and channel search was simple with the built in tuner holding up well.
Large easy to understand menus and channel descriptions.
Impressed by the sound (quality and volume level) for small built in speakers. Has HDMI ARC and optical out for easy sound bar hookup if you want to enhance the sound with a soundbar.
Cons:
The legs. Why on a TV this small and light does it not just have a center stand? The legs were too wide for where it needed to go. Was able to use an old monitor mount instead of the legs.
The plastic on the back of the TV a bit too lightweight. Once I mounted the TV to the monitor mount I could feel the back flexing.
Overall very satisfied! Great value for the money!

Bought and using as a computer monitor

I purchased this 34” diagonal HDTV for use as a computer monitor for my Mac mini computer.
First, I read and considered the recommendations against using HDTVs as computer monitors, and despite that I am very satisfied with my decision. The 34” provides a large display area and easily readable text. The problem with smaller displays, and higher resolutions such as 4K, is that everything “shrinks” and is hard to read.
Second, I found that this particular device (brand and model) is susceptible to interference from the computers WiFi signals. It emits a “crackling” static type noise from the right speaker (only) intermittently but whenever WiFi is active. Turning the HTDV speakers off, turning the volume down, or putting it on Mute did not stop the noise. This worsened when I bought and used a VESA adapter to mount the Mac Mini to the back of the HDTV. However, I was able to eliminate the noise by putting a layer of aluminum foil under the computer between it and the bracket, essentially shielding the HDTV from the WiFi signal. Problem solved!

Keeping in mind this is a 1080 tv, the picture and sound quality are as good as they should be. Got a great deal on this right before Christmas. One thing I want to point out is that in order to display closed captioning, if you use a cable or satellite box like I do, the box itself must be able to generate and provide the CC as the TV itself won't when connected to these types of devices. Set up was quite easy once I figured out why CC wasn't displaying and that I needed to set up the cable box to do that. On my old tv, that wasn't required, but that tv was from 1996! If you are using HDMI cables it's just plug and play and the on screen set up takes about 5 minutes unless you are fine-tuning things.

Inexpensive computer monitor

I bought this for a computer monitor at a secondary work site. It works great, although it is a bit oversized for a 1080p. I probably should have gone for either a ~24" 1080p or sprung for a ~43" 4k. At 32" the text is either a bit large or if you decrease the font sizes it starts becoming a bit to pixelated to read easily. Not really a big issue though, you can just move the screen back and it has the same effect as a smaller screen.
The one actual issue that I've noticed is on start up my MacMini does not sync with it correctly - the dock is sitting slightly off screen. As a result I have to go in and change monitor resolution to something else and then back to default and then it works great - just a little annoying to do every time you reboot...
