“We have two of these TVs that we purchased at Christmas 2018. They randomly restart while watching live Hulu. It’s happened 3 times this evening. Have you had complaints about this occurring? Any suggestions on how to remedy?”

I have not experience any activity such as this so far I did have one time purple like haze come across the screen and no sound and I turned off the TV and when it came on again the issue was gone my hulu and Netflix play fine as of today
