• Hi, Press and hold the Home button for 3 seconds to launch the Quick Access menu, select Display settings to adjust the Picture Size and Aspect Ratio. Alan O. - Insignia Support

• so I held the home button for three seconds only went to picture settings, no access menu no display settings picture size and aspect ratio. I would like to get the 4x3 to 16x9 or wide. Thanks
