• Assuming your headphones have a receiver that plugs into a 3.5mm (standard) jack, should work without a problem.

• No. Not without buying a separate audio bluetooth transmitter. Most smart TVs won't do that anyway.

• Probably. It does not have a built in wireless capability, but the base will connect to the headphone/audio port with a 3.5 mm aux cable.
