“I have had this unit for 6 days and have had to scrape frost from the inside of fridge and freezer daily. I followed instructions exactly. Temp is set at 3, still frost and yet nothing is cold enough. Only thing in it are beverages? Any suggestions?”

Sounds like you have a leak somewhere in your seal. Check the seal and the tightness of the door closure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I run mine at 4, I get some frost build toward the the back in the fridge. I just leave it it doesn't build up and defrost the freezer about once a year, though it should be done every 3-6 months.
